Our actions in connection with the COVID-19 pandemics

In order to assure the safety for our Guests and Employees of the Centrum Sportowo-Konferencyjne Gniewino Sp. z o.o., in reaction to the development of the COVID- 19 pandemics, we undertook the following steps (updating the information– as of 8 June 2020):

We comply with the recommendations of WHO and Chief Sanitary Inspector, we constantly also improve our procedures concerning work hygiene, maintaining cleanliness, health protection, and safety.

We developed and implemented the activities, aiming at limiting the risk of dispersing the epidemics in the facilities of Centrum Sportowo-Konferencyjne Gniewino Sp. z o.o., and undertaking the activities, procedures and infrastructure to the potential threat.

In accordance with the applicable provisions, within the frames of security against the risk of being infected with a coronavirus in a given time frame we limit a number of contacts in the meeting/event place.

We cooperate with the organizers of the events for adjusting the infrastructure and equipment of the facilities to the requirements, including the applicable provisions, as well as for transferring to the participants for the acknowledgement and usage the safety procedures for COVID-19 applicable Centrum Sportowo-Konferencyjne Gniewino Sp. z o.o.

Within the frames of security against the risk of being infected with coronavirus, we accepted the principle that the symptoms disease of Covid-19, preventing from accepting the Guest to the Hotel or using other services offered by us and for the Employee to start work on that day.

We conduct the information campaign for the Guests, Business Partners and Employees in the scope of keeping special precautions and principles of conduct.

Our Employees are equipped with protective means (masks, visors, gloves and protective clothes) and use them and have the access to additional means of disinfection as well as they have the knowledge as to principles how to use them.

We made the information available how to take care for the hands hygiene. At the entrance of the Hotel, in the area of the reception desk, gastronomic points, conference halls, SPA facilities, sport, public toilets, etc. each person leaving has the obligation to disinfect hands using the available liquids for hand disinfection.

We disinfect in accordance with the accepted procedures, general toilets, knobs, handrails, lifts, reception desk, devices in the social rooms and other areas frequently used.

We systematically clean all the places exposed to touch and common areas with which the Guests meet, e.g. knobs of entrance doors, handrails, desks, buttons in lifts.

We maintain safety zones so as to keep safe distance between our Guests and Employees. We made available in our reception desk a telephone number to sanitary-epidemiology station or medical service.

In case of a suspicion of an infectious disease of our Guest or the Employee, we have the room indicated and prepared, equipped i.a. with means of individual protection and disinfecting liquid in which we may temporarily isolate the person in case of stating disease symptoms.

The activities adopted by us aim at protecting our Guests and Business Partners.
